These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PDF Reader & Editor ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.

1. USE OF THE APP

PDF Reader & Editor is provided for personal and lawful use. You agree to use the App only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

You agree not to:

- Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the App.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where permitted by applicable law.
- Use the App to process, store, or distribute content that you do not have the right to use.
- Misuse premium features, purchase mechanisms, promotions, or subscription flows.

2. USER CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITY

The App may allow you to open, edit, create, manage, or organize PDF files and related content. You remain solely responsible for the documents and content you use with the App.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use, edit, store, and share any files processed through the App. We do not assume responsibility for the legality, accuracy, or ownership of user content.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App, including its software, design, branding, interface, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App other than a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PREMIUM FEATURES, AND PAYMENTS

Some features of the App may require payment, a subscription, or an in-app purchase. Prices, billing periods, trial availability, and feature access may vary and may be shown within the relevant app store listing or purchase flow.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the relevant app store platform, such as Google Play, and are subject to that platform’s billing terms and policies. We do not directly process your payment card details.

Unless otherwise stated by the app store platform, subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for reviewing and managing your subscription settings through your app store account.

5. ADVERTISING

The App may display advertisements, including third-party ads. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of third-party advertisements, offers, products, or services. Any interactions you have with advertisers are solely between you and the relevant third party.

6. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the App, or any feature of it, will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

7. DISCLAIMER

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the App, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the App or related purchases during the period required by applicable law.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the App, or created legal, technical, or security risk.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and discontinuing use.

10. PRIVACY

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled in connection with the App.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the operator of the App, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
